Step 2: Target

Draw up a file on a targeted company

Adopt a proactive approach and research the company you are applying to.

1. Consult the official web-site and read brochures in order to gather information concerning the targeted firm.
2. Try to get key information concerning the organisation, workforce, turnover, sector (inland and overseas market share, competitors etc…).
3. During the interview, feel free to quote data you have researched. This will show that you have an interest in the company and that you have initiative.
